In this five-minute guided mindfulness practice, Scott Rogers, founder of the Institute for Mindfulness Studies and Director of the Mindfulness in Law Program at the University of Miami School of Law, offers a guided demonstration of the "Just Is Holmes" mindfulness exercise developed by the Institute for Mindfulness Studies. The exercise instruction draws on Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes' famous instruction "Stop, Look & Listen" from the Supreme Court decision in Baltimore & Ohio R.R. v. Goodman.
